About

Africa Trade Specialist (PTY)LTD is 100% black youth owned company that was established in 2019. The company is led by young motivated, skilled individual with passion to succeed and develop in the stream. The director of the company hosts a set of comprehensive skills, vast experience and in-depth knowledge, that span over several years in the industry as Social and labour plan Manager that allowed the director to gain knowledge on the procurement part of the industry, Human resources development, Enterprise and supplier development as well as daily running of the machines and services provided contractors.

Community Development

  • Engage with communities to ensure an understanding of their expectation and to clarify company’s commitment to them and community commitment to the company.
  • Support the operations’ transformation objectives towards the socioeconomic development of the local communities and labour sending areas.
  • Consult, plan, manage and implements and handover SCI, LED or community projects.

Engage with Contractors to ensure Smooth running of the operation (Safe guard the Mining licence holders interests in terms of the benefits )

Compliance & Risk Management

• Adhere to relevant statutory /legislative regulations, Sop’s operational standards, policies, procedures and practices.
• Attend to community disputes, strikes, boycotts or unrests etc.
• Ensure preferential procurement plan, E&SD, EE targets is adhered to and benefits targeted groups.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • From 2015 until to date (9years related work experience
  • Broad knowledge of HR policies, procedures and systems.
  • Knowledge of talent and recruitment management.
  • Knowledge of performance management principles and procedures.
  • Knowledge of regulations and legislation related to area of work, e.g. Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, knowledge of the SA Qualifications Act, Skills Development Act and Skills Development Levy Act
  • Knowledge of administration processes.
  • Sound knowledge of SAGE BEE 123 system.

Services strategy and availability

We always ensure that our services are always available on demand within reasonable preparations and scheduling.

Payments strategies are negotiable in 3 ways:

  • Hourly rate (payable in 2 trenches (50% up front and 50% after delivery of services) only for SLP drafting and submission.
  • Retainer fee (Payable Monthly) this apply only on implementation stage,
  • Annual fee (Payable Up front) this exclude implementation fees
